How does WiseCal read my screenshots?

WiseCal uses on-device text recognition (OCR) to read text from your images. Only the extracted text is sent to AI for analysis — your images are never uploaded.

Does WiseCal access my calendar?

Yes, WiseCal uses Apple's EventKit to create events in your calendar. You will always be asked to confirm before any event is saved.

Which languages are supported?

WiseCal currently supports Turkish and English for both the app interface and message recognition.

Why isn't the AI detecting my appointment?

Make sure the text includes a date or time reference. The AI works best with clear messages like "meeting tomorrow at 3pm" or "appointment on March 15".

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored automatically if you have an active purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > WiseCal to manage or cancel.
