End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End-User") and Batuhan Das ("Developer", "we", "us") for the use of the WiseCal application ("Licensed Application"). By downloading, installing, or using WiseCal, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Acknowledgement
You and the Developer acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between the Developer and the End-User only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA does not provide for usage rules that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the date of this EULA.
2. Scope of License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. The Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing, volume purchasing, or Legacy Contacts.
3. Service Description
WiseCal helps you create calendar events from screenshots using AI. The app extracts text from images and creates calendar entries based on the extracted information.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of extracted appointment details
- Ensure you have rights to share any images you process
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes
5. Premium Subscription
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancel anytime via your Apple ID settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies
New users receive 5 free event creations. After the free usage, a Premium subscription is required for continued use of AI features.
6. Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You and the Developer acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
7. Warranty
The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.
8. Product Claims
You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
9. Intellectual Property
You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
WiseCal and its features are the property of the Developer. You retain all rights to your calendar data and personal information.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a region that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" region; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application, including your wireless data service agreement.
12. Third-Party Beneficiary
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
13. Limitations
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in text extraction
- Service availability may vary
- We are not responsible for missed appointments due to extraction errors
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
14. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also terminate access if you engage in fraudulent activity.
15. Changes
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Bakim ve Destek

7. Garanti
Gelistirici, yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi olcude, acik veya zimni tum urun garantilerinden yalnizca sorumludur. Lisansli Uygulamanin herhangi bir garantiye uymamasi durumunda, Apple'i bilgilendirebilirsiniz ve Apple, Lisansli Uygulama icin odenen bedeli size iade edecektir. Yururlukteki yasalarin izin verdigi azami olcude, Apple'in Lisansli Uygulama ile ilgili baska hicbir garanti yukumlulugu yoktur.
8. Urun Talepleri
Siz ve Gelistirici, Lisansli Uygulama veya Lisansli Uygulamanin kullanimi ile ilgili tum talepleri ele almaktan Apple'in degil, Gelistiricinin sorumlu oldugunu kabul edersiniz. Bu; (i) urun sorumlulugu talepleri; (ii) Lisansli Uygulamanin yasal veya duzenleyici gereksinimlere uymadigi iddialari; ve (iii) tuketici koruma veya benzer mevzuat kapsamindaki talepleri icerir.
9. Fikri Mulkiyet
Siz ve Gelistirici, Lisansli Uygulamanin veya Lisansli Uygulamanin kullaniminizin ucuncu bir tarafin fikri mulkiyet haklarini ihlal ettigi iddia edilmesi durumunda, bu iddianin arastirilmasi, savunulmasi, uzlasilmasi ve sonuclandirilmasindan Apple'in degil, yalnizca Gelistiricinin sorumlu olacagini kabul edersiniz.
WiseCal ve ozellikleri Gelistiricinin mulkiyetindedir. Takvim verileriniz ve kisisel bilgileriniz uzerindeki tum haklar size aittir.
10. Yasal Uyumluluk
Su hususlari beyan ve garanti edersiniz: (i) ABD Hukumeti tarafindan ambargo uygulanan veya "teror destekci" olarak belirlenen bir bolgede bulunmadiginizi; ve (ii) ABD Hukumeti'nin yasakli veya kisitli taraflar listesinde bulunmadiginizi.
11. Ucuncu Taraf Sozlesme Kosullari
Lisansli Uygulamayi kullanirken, kablosuz veri hizmeti sozlesmeniz dahil olmak uzere gecerli ucuncu taraf sozlesme kosullarina uymaniz gerekmektedir.
12. Ucuncu Taraf Lehdar
Siz ve Gelistirici, Apple ve Apple'in baglilarinin bu EULA'nin ucuncu taraf lehdarlar oldugunu ve bu EULA'nin hukum ve kosullarini kabul etmeniz uzerine Apple'in bu EULA'yi size karsi ucuncu taraf lehdar olarak uygulama hakkina sahip olacagini (ve bu hakki kabul etmis sayilacagini) kabul edersiniz.

14. Fesih
Bu EULA, feshedilene kadar gecerlidir. Kosullarindan herhangi birine uymamaniz durumunda bu EULA kapsamindaki haklariniz otomatik olarak sona erer. Hileli faaliyetlerde bulunmaniz durumunda da erisinizi sonlandirabiliriz.
15. Degisiklikler
Bu EULA'yi zaman zaman guncelleyebiliriz. Degisikliklerden sonra Lisansli Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, guncellenmis kosullarin kabulunu olusturur.

Este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final ("EULA") es un acuerdo legal entre usted ("Usuario Final") y Batuhan Das ("Desarrollador", "nosotros") para el uso de la aplicacion WiseCal ("Aplicacion Licenciada"). Al descargar, instalar o usar WiseCal, usted acepta los terminos de este EULA.
1. Reconocimiento
Usted y el Desarrollador reconocen que este EULA se celebra unicamente entre el Desarrollador y el Usuario Final, y no con Apple Inc. ("Apple"). El Desarrollador, no Apple, es el unico responsable de la Aplicacion Licenciada y su contenido. Este EULA no establece reglas de uso que entren en conflicto con los Terminos y Condiciones de los Servicios de Medios de Apple.
2. Alcance de la Licencia
El Desarrollador le otorga una licencia limitada e intransferible para usar la Aplicacion Licenciada en cualquier producto de marca Apple que usted posea o controle, segun lo permitido por las Reglas de Uso establecidas en los Terminos y Condiciones de los Servicios de Medios de Apple. 3. Descripcion del Servicio
WiseCal le ayuda a crear eventos de calendario a partir de capturas de pantalla usando IA. La aplicacion extrae texto de imagenes y crea entradas de calendario basadas en la informacion extraida.
4. Sus Responsabilidades
- Verificar la precision de los detalles de citas extraidos
- Asegurarse de tener derechos para compartir las imagenes que procesa
- No usar la aplicacion para fines ilegales
5. Suscripcion Premium
- Algunas funciones requieren una suscripcion de pago
- Las suscripciones se facturan a traves de la Apple App Store
- Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo actual

7. Garantia
El Desarrollador es el unico responsable de cualquier garantia del producto, ya sea expresa o implicita por ley. En caso de que la Aplicacion Licenciada no cumpla con alguna garantia aplicable, puede notificar a Apple, y Apple le reembolsara el precio de compra. En la medida maxima permitida por la ley aplicable, Apple no tendra ninguna otra obligacion de garantia con respecto a la Aplicacion Licenciada.
8. Reclamos del Producto
Usted y el Desarrollador reconocen que el Desarrollador, no Apple, es responsable de abordar cualquier reclamo relacionado con la Aplicacion Licenciada, incluyendo: (i) reclamos de responsabilidad del producto; (ii) cualquier reclamo de que la Aplicacion no cumple con requisitos legales o reglamentarios; y (iii) reclamos bajo legislacion de proteccion al consumidor.
9. Propiedad Intelectual
Usted y el Desarrollador reconocen que, en caso de cualquier reclamo de terceros de que la Aplicacion Licenciada infringe los derechos de propiedad intelectual de ese tercero, el Desarrollador, no Apple, sera el unico responsable de la investigacion, defensa, acuerdo y resolucion de dicho reclamo.
WiseCal y sus funciones son propiedad del Desarrollador. Usted conserva todos los derechos sobre sus datos de calendario e informacion personal.
10. Cumplimiento Legal
Usted declara y garantiza que: (i) no se encuentra en una region sujeta a embargo del Gobierno de EE.UU., ni designada como region de "apoyo al terrorismo"; y (ii) no esta en ninguna lista de partes prohibidas o restringidas del Gobierno de EE.UU.
11. Terminos de Terceros
Debe cumplir con los terminos aplicables de acuerdos de terceros al usar la Aplicacion Licenciada, incluido su acuerdo de servicio de datos inalambricos.
12. Tercero Beneficiario
Usted y el Desarrollador reconocen y aceptan que Apple, y las subsidiarias de Apple, son terceros beneficiarios de este EULA, y que, tras su aceptacion de los terminos de este EULA, Apple tendra el derecho de hacer cumplir este EULA contra usted como tercero beneficiario del mismo.
13. Limitaciones
- No garantizamos una precision del 100% en la extraccion de texto
- La disponibilidad del servicio puede variar
- No somos responsables de citas perdidas debido a errores de extraccion
- La aplicacion se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantias de ningun tipo
14. Terminacion
Este EULA es efectivo hasta que se termine. Sus derechos bajo este EULA terminaran automaticamente si no cumple con alguno de sus terminos.
15. Cambios
Podemos actualizar este EULA periodicamente. El uso continuado de la Aplicacion Licenciada despues de los cambios constituye la aceptacion de los terminos actualizados.

Der Entwickler, nicht Apple, ist allein verantwortlich fuer die Lizenzierte Anwendung und deren Inhalt. Diese EULA sieht keine Nutzungsregeln vor, die im Widerspruch zu den Apple Media Services Geschaeftsbedingungen stehen.
2. Lizenzumfang
Der Entwickler gewaehrt Ihnen eine eingeschraenkte, nicht uebertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung der Lizenzierten Anwendung auf allen Apple-Markenprodukten, die Sie besitzen oder kontrollieren, wie in den Nutzungsregeln der Apple Media Services Geschaeftsbedingungen gestattet. Der Zugriff auf die Lizenzierte Anwendung ist auch ueber andere mit Ihnen verknuepfte Konten ueber Familienfreigabe, Volumeneinkauf oder Nachlasskontakte moeglich.
3. Dienstbeschreibung
WiseCal hilft Ihnen, Kalenderereignisse aus Screenshots mithilfe von KI zu erstellen. Die App extrahiert Text aus Bildern und erstellt Kalendereintraege basierend auf den extrahierten Informationen.
4. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten
- Ueberpruefen Sie die Richtigkeit der extrahierten Termindetails
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Rechte haben, die verarbeiteten Bilder zu teilen
- Nutzen Sie die App nicht fuer rechtswidrige Zwecke
5. Premium-Abonnement
- Einige Funktionen erfordern ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement
- Abonnements werden ueber den Apple App Store abgerechnet
- Abonnements verlaengern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums gekuendigt werden
- Jederzeit ueber die Apple-ID-Einstellungen kuendbar
- Erstattungen werden von Apple gemaess deren Richtlinien bearbeitet
Neue Benutzer erhalten 5 kostenlose Ereigniserstellungen. Nach der kostenlosen Nutzung ist ein Premium-Abonnement fuer die weitere Nutzung der KI-Funktionen erforderlich.
6. Wartung und Support
Der Entwickler ist allein verantwortlich fuer die Bereitstellung von Wartungs- und Supportleistungen fuer die Lizenzierte Anwendung. Sie und der Entwickler erkennen an, dass Apple keinerlei Verpflichtung hat, Wartungs- und Supportleistungen fuer die Lizenzierte Anwendung bereitzustellen.
7. Garantie
Der Entwickler ist allein verantwortlich fuer alle Produktgarantien, ob ausdruecklich oder gesetzlich impliziert. Sollte die Lizenzierte Anwendung einer anwendbaren Garantie nicht entsprechen, koennen Sie Apple benachrichtigen, und Apple wird den Kaufpreis erstatten. Im maximal gesetzlich zulaessigen Umfang hat Apple keine weitere Garantieverpflichtung bezueglich der Lizenzierten Anwendung.
8. Produktansprueche
Sie und der Entwickler erkennen an, dass der Entwickler, nicht Apple, fuer die Bearbeitung aller Ansprueche im Zusammenhang mit der Lizenzierten Anwendung verantwortlich ist, einschliesslich: (i) Produkthaftungsansprueche; (ii) Ansprueche wegen Nichteinhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen; und (iii) Ansprueche aus Verbraucherschutzgesetzen.
9. Geistiges Eigentum
Sie und der Entwickler erkennen an, dass im Falle eines Anspruchs Dritter wegen Verletzung von geistigen Eigentumsrechten durch die Lizenzierte Anwendung der Entwickler, nicht Apple, allein fuer die Untersuchung, Verteidigung, Beilegung und Erledigung solcher Ansprueche verantwortlich ist.
WiseCal und seine Funktionen sind Eigentum des Entwicklers. Sie behalten alle Rechte an Ihren Kalenderdaten und persoenlichen Informationen.
10. Rechtliche Einhaltung
Sie erklaeren und garantieren, dass: (i) Sie sich nicht in einer Region befinden, die einem US-Embargo unterliegt oder als "terrorunterstuetzende" Region bezeichnet wurde; und (ii) Sie auf keiner Liste verbotener oder eingeschraenkter Parteien der US-Regierung stehen.
11. Drittanbieter-Vertragsbedingungen
Sie muessen bei der Nutzung der Lizenzierten Anwendung die geltenden Vertragsbedingungen von Drittanbietern einhalten, einschliesslich Ihres Mobilfunkvertrags.
12. Drittbeguenstigter
Sie und der Entwickler erkennen an und stimmen zu, dass Apple und Apples Tochtergesellschaften Drittbeguenstigte dieser EULA sind und dass Apple nach Ihrer Annahme der Bedingungen dieser EULA das Recht hat (und als dieses Recht akzeptiert habend gilt), diese EULA gegen Sie als Drittbeguenstigter durchzusetzen.
13. Einschraenkungen
- Wir garantieren keine 100%ige Genauigkeit bei der Textextraktion
- Die Dienstverfuegbarkeit kann variieren
- Wir sind nicht verantwortlich fuer verpasste Termine aufgrund von Extraktionsfehlern
- Die App wird "wie besehen" ohne jegliche Garantien bereitgestellt
14. Kuendigung
Diese EULA ist wirksam, bis sie gekuendigt wird. Ihre Rechte unter dieser EULA enden automatisch, wenn Sie eine der Bedingungen nicht einhalten.
15. Aenderungen
Wir koennen diese EULA von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der Lizenzierten Anwendung nach Aenderungen gilt als Annahme der aktualisierten Bedingungen.
