Camera Access: Used solely for real-time color detection. Camera feed is processed entirely on your device. No images or video are recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.
Photo Library Access: Used to pick colors from your images. Images are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared.
Local Storage: Your saved colors and palettes are stored locally on your device using Core Data. This data is not transmitted to any external server.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services. All data processing happens locally on your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties.

Data Retention

All color and palette data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any server-side databases containing your personal data. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You can control your data by:

Revoking camera or photo library permissions in your device Settings
Deleting all local data by uninstalling the App
